RPS enabled the successful onboarding of high-calibre consultants across 18 programmes, ensuring continuity and effective project delivery. Key results included:

  • Completion of 37 projects and ongoing support for an additional 43 projects across the portfolio.
  • Establishment of a central PMO function, which streamlined programme oversight and enhanced delivery quality.
  • Creation of a dedicated senior contact point to provide delivery assurance and manage complex, large-scale transformations.
